PREORDER SPECIFICATIONS:
If using the preorder option, leave your order specifications via instagram DM @CowCatClean, and/or via my email, cowcatclean@gmail.com. Please include your order number and name! This option is only available for the listed colors of Standard and Jumbo sizes (Standard sizes cannot be made in Jumbo sizes & vice versa).
Preorders take ~1-2 mo. to complete due to the time it takes to gather materials. Please contact me with any additional questions, I am happy to help!

✶ As of 7/1/24, I will no longer be providing refunds for/replacements of lost & missing packages. Below outlines a new shipping policy that will be followed henceforth.
✶ All packages have tracking. If you do not receive tracking, please reach out to me and I will relay the number to you.
✶ Please keep up with the status of your package. If you notice something unusual, let me know ASAP.
✶ I am able to provide you with information such as item/shipping costs, dates a packages was initially scanned, images of proof of your purchase, etc. in the case of a claim.
✶ In the case of a fulfillment error, please reach out to me with your order number. Fulfillment errors do not follow the same guidelines as lost & missing packages.
