✶ As of 7/1/24, I will no longer be providing refunds for/replacements of lost & missing packages. Below outlines a new shipping policy that will be followed henceforth.

✶ All packages have tracking. If you do not receive tracking, please reach out to me and I will relay the number to you.

✶ Please keep up with the status of your package. If you notice something unusual, let me know ASAP.

✶ I am able to provide you with information such as item/shipping costs, dates a packages was initially scanned, images of proof of your purchase, etc. in the case of a claim.

✶ In the case of a fulfillment error, please reach out to me with your order number. Fulfillment errors do not follow the same guidelines as lost & missing packages.

✶ There are no refunds/returns once items are received
